On June 5, the 18^th Global Summit of Women was held in Hanoi, capital of Vietnam. Over 900 political and business leaders, representatives of academic institutions and non-governmental organization leaders from 70 economies participated in the 3-day conference. Theme of the meeting is “Women and Asia: Promoting World Economy”. Chairwoman SUN Yuehuan participated in the summit and visited Deputy Minister of Ministry of Commerce of China Ms. MA Xiuhong (the first one on the left in the photo on the top), Vice President of organizer Vietnam Ms. ZHANG Xiumei (the second one on the left in the photo in the middle) and Vice President of IBM Ms. Marilyn D.
