Mega central enterprise completed overseas IPO

In 1999, the Company exclusively undertook the overseas IPO deal of CNPC, the so-called “giant” enterprise. The appraised assets in the project exceeded RMB 400 billion, involving 54 large enterprises, 106 units distributed in six industry sectors, covering 15 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. CEA organized a total of 800 people to complete the appraisal project unprecedented in China and rare in the international market within 100 days, known as “the first person to eat crabs”. Meanwhile, the project is also one of milestone projects at CEA. In the same year, CEA exclusively undertook the overseas IPO project of China National Offshore Oil Company Limited.
