China’s
largest airline IPO
CEA was the exclusive
valuer of the Air China Limited’s restructuring and overseas IPO project in
2014. Air China completed the dual-listings on December 15, 2004 in London and
Hong Kong, respectively, raising about USD 1 billion by issuing new shares.
Besides, CEA was also the appraiser of China’s other four largest airliners:
China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, and Hainan Airlines. CEA
