On August 25, 2014, CITIC Pacific Limited (00267.HK) announced that after getting approved from all relevant regulators it completed the acquisition of 100 stakes in CITIC Co., Ltd. (now renamed as CITIC Limited), which is the main business platform of CITIC Group Corporation. On August 27, the name of CITIC Pacific was changed to CITIC Limited. From September 1 on, the Company began stock trading with the name of CITIC Limited. Thus, the overseas overall listing of CITIC, which is the paradigm of the new round of SOE reform and has been highly concerned by domestic and overseas markets, has been successfully concluded.

The Company exclusively undertook the asset appraisal of overseas overall listing of CITIC. The well-organized project team worked diligently, overcame many problems, such as tight schedule and heavy task, and issued a professional quality appraisal report. According, the Company has been recognized by the entrusting party and relevant regulators.
