On November 15, 2014, the CMAA held the 2014 (11th Session) Annual Meeting at China World Summit Wing. The annual meeting’s theme was “Initiating Industrial M&A Golden Age”. Using global M&A as the perspective, and using industrial M&A as the core, the CMAA invited 300-plus M&A elites, including industry regulators, business managers, and experts and scholars to attend the meeting, who discussed such topics as Asia-Pacific economy, financial policies, M&A hot issues, Internet finance and so on.

CEA Chairwoman & CEO Ms. SUN Yuehuan and CEA President Mr. QUAN Zhongguang were invited to attend the annual meeting. Ms. SUN delivered a keynote speech at a forum as an expert and a representative of China’s M&A dealmakers, where he communicated with other participants and happily talked about M&A dealmakers’ development and future.

At the annual meeting’s award ceremony, the organizer announced that the deal of “China CITIC Group Intends to Inject the Stakes of China CITIC Corp It Held into CITIC Pacific Limited”,, which was undertaken by CEA, won the award of Best M&A Financial Services of the Year. Ms. YU Ning came to the stage and accept the award on behalf of the project team.
