1、Company profile
The predecessor of China Enterprise Appraisals Real Estate Appraisal Co., Ltd. was Beijing Kairuida Real Estate Appraisal Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1994. It completed the first restructuring in 1999 and the second restructuring in 2004, in which it changed its name to Beijing Zhongyixiang Real Estate Appraisal Co., Ltd. After the reorganization of Zhongyixiang and the real estate appraisal department of China Enterprise Appraisals Co., Ltd., the name company was changed into China Enterprise Appraisals Real Estate Appraisal Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “CEA Real Estate Appraisal”). CEA Real Estate Appraisal is now an executive director unit of China Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and Agents (CIREA), an organization member unit of China Real Estate Appraisers and Agents Association, and an executive director unit of Beijing Real Estate Appraiser Association.
2、Qualifications
CEA Real Estate Appraisal now has all the highest qualifications in the real estate appraisal industry: the qualification of Grade-1 national real estate appraisal agency, the registration qualification of engaging in land appraisal business, the land appraisal agency credit grade issued by CIREA, expert testimony qualification of the Supreme People’s Court of PRC, expert testimony qualification of Beijing Higher People’s Court, and the qualification of Beijing housing quality defects and damage assessment practice organization. The complete qualifications of the Company lay a solid foundation for providing comprehensive services for clients.

4、Organizational structure
CEA Real Estate Appraisal has set up six departments: Appraisal Department I, Appraisal Department II, Chief Valuer Office, Market Department, Finance Department, and Administration Department. Now, the company has 46 employees. Specifically, there are 17 certificated real estate valuers, 20 land valuers, 10 employees with qualifications of assets valuers, accountants, and cost engineers.
