1. Company profile
Formerly as the investment advisory department of China Enterprise Appraisals Co., Ltd. (“CEA”), the China Enterprise Appraisals Consultation Co., Ltd. (“CEA Consultation”) was incorporated in May 2002. Relying on CEA’s professional strength in the appraisal industry, CEA Consultation is a professional consulting company by integrating “strategic consulting, value appraisal, M&A consulting, and corporate finance” businesses. It is committed to providing clients with investment banking services revolving around the entire value chain of capital operation. Meanwhile, it also carried out the brokerage services in terms of the transfer of state-owned property. Currently, CEA Consultation is brokerage business member units of China Beijing Equity Exchange, Beijing Financial Assets Exchange, and Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange.
CEA Consultation adheres to the working style of diligence, rigor, and reality of CEA, employs and retains many consulting talents, and builds a strong team of experts. Currently, it has eight expert consultants with the level of professor and researcher, 15 industry experts, 10 full-time consultants (including two PhD degree holders, three master’s degree holders, and five bachelor’s degree holders), and 20 part-time consultants.
