1、The company’s organizational structure

The company adopts a chief account responsibility-taking system: The chief accountant is the firm’s legal representative. The firm has set up eight departments, namely Audit Department I, Audit Department II, Review Department of Infrastructure Projects, Tax Department, Management Consulting Department, Training Department, Administration and Personnel Department, and Finance Department.

The company is made up of accredited accountants, accredited valuers, accredited tax accountants, senior engineers, cost engineers, senior CPAs, and other senior professionals. Now, there are 20-plus accredited accountants with rich work experience, seven accredited tax accountants, five project cost engineers, eight valuers, and more than 30 assistants. It also has a consultant team made up of famous experts in the industry and well-known professors of prestigious universities in China. In addition, the firm can leverage the branches, business units, and cooperative firms established by CEA, where many high-quality professionals have worked, to provide clients with efficient and high-quality services nationwide.

Auditing services

Audit services are one of the main businesses of the firm. These services include: statutory and other audits, prudential review, forensic investigations, and other legal reporting matters. Our business-oriented audit approach allows us to most effectively use the customer’s internal management procedures and monitoring systems. Besides, through our work, we will provide clients with decision-making feedback opinions in the forms of audit reports, management proposals, business seminars and recommendations. Our management proposals will give clients the chance to improve their performances and learn the risks that have not previously been noticed by managers.

In addition to traditional audits and audit business, we have also carried out an audit business concerning computer system review system and website certification, and developed special identification services in emerging industries.
