Mr. YIN is a shareholder of the Company. He is a certified asset valuer
in China. Being one of the Company’s founders, he has currently the Beijing
Dongcheng District NPC representative, the Financial and Economic Committee
member, the director of Beijing Appraisal Society, and the member of BAS
Certificated Committee. Over the years, he has been committed to the
establishment and management of the Company. He has established a good working
relationship with the industry’s competent departments and often participated
in the appraisals of major projects.
